What can I actually do from a text?

You can run your CRM, create work and set tasks running, all by messaging. The most common uses are looking something up between meetings and recording something while it is still fresh in your mind.

How do I connect my number?

Connecting takes about a minute and only has to be done once. You confirm the number with a code sent to you on WhatsApp.

1. Open the Dispatch tab, or go to Customize → Dispatch, and tap Connect WhatsApp.
2. Scan the QR code with your phone and send the first message to the number shown. A verification code comes back to you on WhatsApp.
3. Enter that code in the app to finish verification.
4. Message that number any time to reach your assistant.

Can anyone else use my connection?

No. Each connected WhatsApp number belongs to the person who connected it, and other users cannot see or manage your connection. If a number is already connected by someone else, you see a clear Unauthorized message, so nobody can take over a connection that belongs to another person.

Where do I find my past conversations?

Every WhatsApp exchange is saved in the Dispatch tab and in your sidebar, where it is searchable, sortable and paginated. Text on the go, then review the full thread properly at your desk later.

What if my number is already connected somewhere else?

Confirm once and the number moves across. You do not need to disconnect it first or clean anything up by hand.

Who benefits most from this?
