A new Count available days only toggle makes your booking window count working days instead of calendar days. If you are closed at weekends and your date range is two days, a client visiting on a Friday no longer sees a blank calendar, because the window now extends to Monday and Tuesday. The toggle works across Calendars, Services and Rentals.

What problem does this fix?

A date range used to count every calendar day, including days you are closed. A business shut at weekends could have its entire booking window swallowed by Saturday and Sunday, leaving clients looking at an empty booking widget even though there was genuine availability the following week. With the toggle on, days outside your availability schedule are skipped when the range is counted.

This matters for any business that does not work a standard week, including salons, clinics, field service teams and anyone running Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday schedules.

How do I turn it on?

The toggle sits directly below the Date range setting, wherever that setting appears. Turning it on takes four steps and applies straight away.

1. Go to Calendars, then Calendar Settings, and click edit on the calendar you want to update. For Services, go to Services, then Global Settings, then Service Settings. For Rentals, edit a listing and go to Booking Settings.
2. Find the Date range setting.
3. Toggle on Count available days only, directly below the Date Range input.
4. Save changes.

How does this work with minimum scheduling notice?

When the toggle is on, the date range starts counting from the first available day after your minimum scheduling notice period ends. Clients always see the full number of days you configured, even when your notice rules push the window further out. Notice clears the lead time you need, then the date range fills in the correct number of working days after that.

Which calendar types does it support?

The toggle is available on Meeting Calendars, Services and Rentals. Round robin and collective calendars are supported, and a day counts as available when at least one assigned team member is free that day.

Date-specific hour overrides are respected too. Days you add through date-specific hours count toward the window, and days you block through date-specific hours are skipped.
