The mobile app can now diagnose its own notifications. One tap runs four checks between the servers and your handset, sends a real test notification, and tells you exactly what is broken. Instead of guessing whether the problem is your Wi-Fi, a permission you switched off, or your phone being on silent, you get an answer in under a minute.

How do I run the check?

Open Settings in the mobile app and start the diagnosis. It runs the checks, sends a test notification to your phone, and asks you to confirm whether it arrived.

1. Open Settings, then Diagnose Notifications.
2. Tap Start Diagnosis.
3. Answer the test notification prompt: Received, Didn't receive, or Resend.
4. Fix anything the check flags, then tap Run diagnosis again.

What does it actually check?

Four things, each reported as a clear pass or "needs attention". Every failed check tells you what to change rather than leaving you to work it out.

• Network: whether your phone can reach the servers.
• Notifications: whether you have granted the app permission to alert you.
• Sound: whether your ringer or Focus mode is silencing alerts.
• Test delivery: a real notification sent to your phone, which you confirm.

What if every check passes but I still get nothing?

Then the fault is not on your phone, and you have proof of it. Tap Copy report to put the full results on your clipboard and paste them into a support message. That sends one complete report instead of you answering a list of questions one at a time.

Which version of the app do I need?

Version 4.25.0 or higher. Update the app from your app store if you do not see the option in Settings.

Who should use this?

Anyone relying on the app to tell them a lead has come in or a booking has been made. Missed notifications cost you response time, and this turns a vague suspicion that something is wrong into a specific fault you can fix straight away.
