You can now choose which details a calendar collects from each guest, instead of being limited to name and email. Phone numbers are now an option, so guest contact records are more complete and easier to follow up. Guest contacts also inherit the correct timezone from the person who made the booking.

What can I collect from guests now?

Each calendar can collect a different combination of guest details, so you only ask for what you will actually use. When guest details are collected, a contact is automatically created or matched for each guest using their email, their phone number, or both.

• Guest Count Only, which records how many guests are coming without creating guest contacts

What happens to my existing calendars?

Calendars already collecting guest details continue with Name and Email, so nothing about your current booking experience changes. New calendars you create default to Name, Email and Phone, so you capture fuller guest information from the start. You can change the setting on any calendar at any time.

Which timezone do guest contacts get?

A guest contact created during a booking now inherits the timezone of the primary contact rather than defaulting to your business timezone. This keeps timezone information consistent across everyone attending the same appointment. If the guest already exists as a contact, their existing timezone is left unchanged.
