You can now offer up to three meeting durations on a single calendar, and let the client choose the length that suits them. This replaces the old workaround of building a separate calendar for 15-minute, 30-minute and 60-minute meetings. Availability refreshes automatically when a client switches duration, so they only ever see slots long enough for the meeting they picked.

How do I set this up?

Duration options are configured in your calendar settings, and you can change them whenever you like. You choose which of the durations is selected by default on the booking page.

1. Open the calendar you want to change in your calendar settings.
2. Add up to three duration options.
3. Choose which duration should be selected by default.
4. Save your changes.

Add or remove duration options at any time. If you configure only one duration, the booking page looks and behaves exactly as it does today.

What does the client see when booking?

When more than one duration is configured, clients see the options as simple buttons on the booking page. Choosing a different duration immediately refreshes the available slots to show only times that can fit that meeting length. The chosen duration also applies when a client reschedules, so they can change the length along with the date and time.

Where does this work?

Multiple durations are supported everywhere bookings are taken, on both your side and the client's. The selected duration carries through the whole booking and rescheduling flow.

What happens to appointments already booked?

Changing your duration options never modifies or cancels an existing appointment. If you remove the 30-minute option while 30-minute appointments are already on the books, those appointments stay exactly as they are, and their calendar events, reminders and notifications continue to use the length originally booked.

New appointments can only use the durations currently configured. When a client reschedules, they see the durations you currently offer, and if their original length is no longer available they are asked to pick a new one before confirming.

Which calendars support this?

Multiple durations are available on Personal Calendars, Round Robin Calendars, Collective Calendars and Event Calendars. Any of these can offer flexible meeting lengths while keeping all availability and bookings managed in one place.
