AI Drafts Your Reply Before You Open the Chat
Suggestive Mode in Conversations AI now works in the background. The moment a customer replies, a suggested response is drafted and waiting, so the reply is already there when you open the conversation instead of appearing after you click into the composer and wait. Nothing sends on its own.
What changed?
Suggestions used to be generated on demand, which meant opening a conversation and waiting for the AI to produce something. They are now prepared in advance, and the card you review them in has been redesigned so you can read, edit and send without breaking your flow.
- Suggestions are drafted automatically as soon as a new message arrives.
- A redesigned suggestion card makes reviewing and editing quicker.
- Accept a suggestion as written in one click, or adjust the wording first.
- Suggestions are drafts only. Nothing is ever sent without you.
How does it work day to day?
The suggestion is ready before you are. You open the conversation, read what the AI has drafted, change anything that does not sound like you, and send.
- A contact replies, and Conversations AI starts preparing a response in the background.
- You open the conversation and the suggested reply is already in the suggestion card. There is no loading and no manual trigger.
- Read it, adjust the wording, or rewrite it completely if you prefer.
- Send it in one click when it looks right. If a newer message arrives first, the suggestion refreshes so it stays relevant.
Will it send messages to my customers without asking?
No. Every suggestion is a draft and stays a draft until you send it. The AI writes, you decide. Treat it as an assistant sitting beside you rather than one answering on your behalf.
