Download Your Whole Company List as a Spreadsheet
You can now export several company records in a single click. Whether you want to download a handful of selected companies or the entire list, the process is faster and more flexible.
What you get
- Export several selected company records straight from the Companies table
- An option to export all companies from the three-dot menu at the top right
- A live progress window showing the record count and how far along the export is
- A CSV file containing all the fields on the companies you selected
How to export selected companies
- Go to Contacts, then Companies.
- Select one or more companies using the checkboxes.
- Click Export in the action bar.
- Wait for the export to finish.
- Download the CSV file.
How to export every company
- Go to Contacts, then Companies.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Select Export.
- Wait for the export to finish.
The CSV file then downloads to your computer.
Why it matters
- Saves time when you are working with a large list of companies
- Makes it easy to share data with your accountant, your team, or anyone outside the business
- Simplifies reporting and any analysis you want to do offline
- Removes the need to copy records out one at a time
