You can now create and edit a pipeline straight from the pipeline dropdown in Opportunities, without going into settings first. You can also give each stage its own colour, so a glance at the board tells you where the work is sitting.

How do I create a pipeline now?

From the dropdown you already use to switch between pipelines. Open it, click New pipeline, and build it there. To change an existing one, use the edit icon next to its name in the same list.

1. Open the pipeline dropdown in Opportunities.
2. Click New pipeline to create one immediately.
3. To change an existing pipeline, click the edit icon beside its name.

How do I set stage colours?

Colours are assigned while you create or edit the pipeline, one colour per stage. Set them once and they apply for everyone working in that pipeline.

1. Create a pipeline, or open an existing one for editing.
2. Assign a colour to each stage.
3. Choose how the colour should appear.
4. Save.

What are the display options?

Three, so you can go as subtle or as bold as suits your board. The choice applies to the whole pipeline rather than stage by stage.

• Default, with no colour shown
• Coloured dot, a small marker beside the stage name
• Background tint, which colours the whole stage area

Where do the colours show up?

Across the views you work in daily, not just the settings screen. Stage colours carry through to the Kanban board and to individual record details, so a deal looks the same wherever you meet it.

Can each person choose their own colours?

No. Colour settings belong to the pipeline, not to the person viewing it, so everyone on your team sees the same configuration. That is deliberate: when a colleague says the deal is in the orange stage, you both mean the same stage.
