The Tasks area in Ignite Funnels gives you a single list of all your team's tasks that you can filter, sort and arrange to suit how you work. Built-in shortcuts show what is due today or coming up soon without you building a filter first. You can also choose which columns appear, so the list shows only the information you actually use.

How do I see just the tasks due today?

Ready-made shortcuts sit at the top of the Tasks list for the views people ask for most, including tasks due today and tasks coming up soon. Click one and the list filters instantly. This saves you setting the same filter every morning.

Can I narrow the list down to exactly what I need?

Yes. The filters let you cut the list down by the details that matter, such as who the task is assigned to, its priority and its due date. Combine filters to answer a specific question, for example every high-priority task assigned to one staff member this week.

Can I change which columns the list shows?

You can choose which fields appear as columns and hide the ones you never look at. A smaller set of columns makes the list far quicker to scan on a laptop or a narrow screen. Your choice stays in place the next time you open Tasks.

How do I put the most urgent work at the top?

Sorting lets you order the list by priority or by date, so the work that needs attention first sits at the top. Sorting works alongside your filters, so you can narrow the list and then order what is left. This is the fastest way to decide what your team should pick up next.

What is different when I add a new task?

The window for creating and updating a task has been rebuilt so the fields are easier to complete and assigning the task to a colleague takes fewer clicks. You can create a task and hand it to the right person without leaving the list. Editing an existing task opens the same window, so there is only one layout to learn.
