Manage Purchases gives your members one place to see everything they have bought from you and everything they have access to. They check their communities, their courses and their payment history without emailing you first. They can also download their own invoices.

What can members see there?

Manage Purchases is split into three tabs covering access and money separately. Between them a member can answer almost any question about their own account without contacting you.

• Communities tab: every free and paid community membership they hold.
• Courses tab: the courses they have bought or been enrolled in, in one view.
• Payment History tab: past payments, downloadable invoices, and the payment methods used.

How does a member get to it?

It sits behind the profile menu, so members reach it in two clicks from wherever they are. No separate login or link from you is needed.

1. Go to the GoKollab homepage.
2. Click the profile menu.
3. Select Manage Purchases.

Can members leave a community or course themselves?

Yes. Members leave a community or a course directly from the Manage Purchases page. That removes a common support request and means someone stepping away does so cleanly rather than by ignoring your emails.

Why does this matter for my business?

Questions about what someone paid for, when, and what they still have access to are among the most common messages a membership business receives. Letting members answer those themselves cuts your admin time and makes billing feel transparent. Members who can find their own invoice are also far quicker to reconcile a payment with you.
