Mercado Pago is now available as a payment provider in Ignite Funnels. If you sell into Latin America, you can connect your Mercado Pago account and take payments from customers in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Peru and Brazil, using a provider those customers already know and trust.

How do I set it up?

You connect Mercado Pago from the Payments section using the Public Key and Access Token from your Mercado Pago account. There is one extra step at the end: you finish the webhook setup inside Mercado Pago itself, which is what sends payment updates back to Ignite Funnels.

1. Go to Payments in the left menu and open the Integrations tab.
2. Select Mercado Pago.
3. Enter your Public Key and Access Token to authenticate.
4. Complete the webhook configuration in your Mercado Pago account to finish the connection.

Where can customers pay with it?

Once connected, Mercado Pago works across your sales channels: Calendars, Funnels, Forms and Invoices. You can also choose which channels use Mercado Pago and which use a different provider, so you are not locked into one gateway everywhere you sell.

Can I save a customer card for later?

Yes, but it needs one setting switched on. CVV-less payments must be enabled on your Mercado Pago account before a saved card can be charged again without the customer re-entering their security code.

What should I check before going live?

Mercado Pago applies a minimum transaction amount, so very small charges can be rejected outright. Run one real payment through each channel you sell on before you rely on it, and check the transaction lands correctly on your side.
