Every dashboard you have built on the web now opens in the mobile app, and it is the full set rather than a cut-down version. Pipeline, deals, conversions, campaigns and team activity are all there, showing the same live numbers your team sees on their laptops. Dashboards replaces the older Insights screen.

What can I do with a dashboard on my phone?

Your default dashboard loads the moment you open the module, with no setup. From there you can switch dashboards, filter the data, and open any widget for a closer look.

• Switch between any of your dashboards in a tap.
• Apply quick filters and date ranges.
• Browse your chart widgets: Numeric, Line, Donut, Vertical Bar and Horizontal Bar.
• Expand a widget to see trends and detail.
• Drag your finger across a line to read exact values, or tap a bar to see what sits behind it.
• Tap the AI icon on a widget for a plain-English read on what the numbers are saying.

Will the numbers match what my team sees on the web?

Yes. The data is real time and refresh intervals are handled for you, so there is no lag or drift between your phone and the web. One set of numbers across both screens.

How do I open it?

Open the mobile app, go to the Apps section and tap Dashboards. Your default dashboard loads automatically, and from there you can switch dashboards, apply filters, expand any widget and tap the AI icon whenever you want a quick read.

Dashboards on mobile first arrived as a Labs feature before rolling out to everyone, so if you do not see it, check that your app is up to date.

Where did my campaign data go?

Campaigns now has a module of its own instead of sitting inside Insights. Every campaign and its status is in that one place, so you no longer have to dig through Insights to find it.

What are the limits right now?

Dashboards on mobile is view only in this release. You cannot edit a dashboard or a widget from your phone, and dashboard-level AI summaries are not included, though widget-level AI insights are.

• Supported widgets: Numeric, Line, Donut, Vertical Bar, Horizontal Bar and supported system widgets.
• Included: the dashboard switcher, default-load behaviour, quick and date filters, expanded widget views and theme support.
• Widgets that are not yet supported show a clear placeholder message rather than failing silently.
