Your reviews are probably spread wider than you think

Reputation can now detect your review profiles automatically across more than 52 supported platforms. Instead of hunting around site by site, you see where your business already has reviews, how many there are, and how confident the match is, all inside Ignite Funnels. That makes it easy to connect the profiles that carry the most weight first.

You can see detected review profiles across supported platforms, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Booking.com, Yelp, Trustpilot and many more. Each one shows the platform, the business name, a preview of the address and the number of reviews waiting there, before you connect anything.

A top recommendation

A Top Recommendation card highlights the single profile worth connecting first, so you can act on the biggest listing without comparing them all yourself.

Review counts before you commit

Detected listings show their review volume upfront, so you can prioritise the platforms where your customers have actually been leaving feedback.

Notifications when new sites turn up

You get an in-app notification when a high-confidence review site is discovered for your account, showing the total review opportunity and pointing you to Reputation to connect it.

A faster way to connect

Recommended profiles can be connected straight from Reputation, then Overview, or from Reputation, then Settings, then Integrations.

Confidence ratings and multiple matches

Detected listings carry confidence indicators such as High match, Medium match and Multiple matches, so you are less likely to connect the wrong business. Where several possible listings are found on the same platform, you can compare them before choosing. Every supported platform allows multiple pages to be connected, so you can link more than one review page per platform where you need to.

You stay in control

For any suggestion that is not right, you can view the page, integrate a different profile, or mark it as Not my business, which keeps the recommendations accurate over time.

Why it matters

Most businesses have reviews on sites they have never logged into. This puts those listings in front of you, shows you the social proof sitting there before you connect anything, and lets you manage reviews from far more places in one screen. It also cuts down the setup work, because you are choosing from a list rather than searching for your own business over and over.
