Collect Reviews From Every Branch in One Place
You can now connect more than one business page for each review site you use, so a business with several branches pulls every review into one dashboard. There is no cap on how many pages you add. Reviews from all 52 supported sites arrive in the same place.
Why would I connect more than one page?
Most businesses with more than one branch keep a separate listing for each one, such as a Google Business Profile per shop or a Facebook page per location. Connecting each page separately means every branch's reviews reach Ignite Funnels, not just the branch you set up first. The same applies if you run more than one brand under one business.
How do I connect my pages?
- Go to Reputation, then Settings, then Integrations.
- Select the review site you want to connect.
- Click Connect Account.
- Add the link for each page you want to include.
- Repeat for any other review site you use.
Which review sites can I connect?
52 review sites are supported, which covers the places most customers leave feedback as well as several industry-specific ones. Connect only the sites your customers actually use rather than all of them.
- General: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot
- Travel and hospitality: TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb
- Food: Zomato, Uber Eats, OpenTable
- Property and recruitment: Zillow, Glassdoor, Indeed
How do I check a connection is still working?
The Integrations screen lists every page you have connected and marks each one Active or Not Connected. Click Manage on any page to see its link, how many reviews have come through and when it last synced. A page showing Not Connected has stopped pulling reviews and needs reconnecting.

Can I remove a page later?
Yes. Open Manage on the page you want to drop and remove the connection. Reviews already collected stay in your dashboard, and no new reviews arrive from that page once it is removed.
