Connecting a Google Business Profile is easier when you run several branches. You can now search your profile pages by store code, postal code or locality instead of by page name alone, and when no pages appear at all, the screen explains why rather than sitting empty.

How do I find the right page when all my branches share a name?

Use the search dropdown to pick a different field before you type. Searching by page name is useless when every branch is called the same thing, so three more fields are now available to narrow it down to one location.

• Page Name, the original default
• Store Code
• Postal Code
• Locality

How do I search for a page?

1. Open the Google Business Profile integration.
2. Use the search dropdown to choose the field you want to search on.
3. Enter the value, such as a store code or postal code, to filter the list of pages.
4. Select the correct page and connect it.

Why does it say no pages were found?

It means the Google account you connected has no Business Profile pages linked to it. The empty state now tells you this directly and points you towards connecting the correct account, instead of leaving you looking at a blank list and guessing whether something is broken.

Who benefits most from this?

Any business running more than one location, and franchise operations in particular. When branch pages follow the same naming pattern, store code and locality are the only reliable way to tell them apart, so setup stops being trial and error.
