Every Review You Receive Can Now Start Your Follow-Up
The New Review Received workflow trigger now works with reviews from every review platform connected to your account.
Until now the trigger only covered Google Reviews and Facebook Reviews. Workflows can now also be started by reviews that come in from Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor and the other supported review sites.
Why this is useful
Most businesses collect reviews in more than one place, not only on Google and Facebook.
Reviews arriving anywhere else could not start an automation, so you had to watch those sites yourself and there was very little you could do automatically when a review landed. Now you can:
- Notify a team member the moment a new review comes in
- Start an automatic thank-you or follow-up message
- Route a review to the right person using your workflow logic
- Act straight away instead of finding the review days later

- Every connected review platform now appears in the trigger source list, instead of just Google and Facebook.
