The Reviews Overview Dashboard puts your whole reputation picture on one screen: ratings over time, sentiment, how your review requests are performing, video testimonials and widget engagement. You can filter it by source, page and date range, and hide or reorder the sections you do not need.
What does the dashboard show me?
It tracks your average rating and total reviews over time, with interactive charts you can view by month or by year. Below that sit separate sections for requests, responses, testimonials and widgets.
Can I change what appears on it?
Yes. The Sections control shows or hides any section, and you can reorder the modules so the ones you check most often sit at the top. Filters narrow the data to specific pages and review sources, and a custom date range applies across every widget.
How are my review requests performing?
The Review Requests section tracks requests sent by Email, SMS and WhatsApp, and follows the full funnel from sent to opened to clicked to converted. It also breaks results down by where the request came from, whether that was a workflow, a bulk send, or sent directly.
Am I replying to reviews quickly enough?
Review Response Insights measures your response rate, separates AI responses from manual ones, and shows how many reviews are still unanswered. It also charts your average response time as a trend, so you can see whether you are getting quicker or slower.
What about video testimonials?
The video testimonials section tracks requests sent, submissions received and engagement, alongside conversion performance, submission trends and the average length of the videos customers send you.
What else is on there?
Three further sections round the dashboard out.
- Sentiment Analysis breaks customer perception into positive, negative and neutral.
- AI Review Summary generates a short summary of customer feedback, which you can filter by source, page and date range.
- Review Widget Performance analyses widget loads, impressions and clicks, so you can see how people engage with reviews on your site.
You will find this in Reputation, on the Overview dashboard. It arrived first as a Labs feature.
