Give Each Quiz Result Its Own Message and Offer
Personality-style quizzes can now show different content for each result category. Instead of one results page for everyone, you write the text, choose the images or video, and set the call to action separately for each outcome.
What can I customise per category?
Everything a visitor sees on the results page for that outcome. This works for both the highest-scoring and lowest-scoring category results, so you can speak differently to someone who scored well and someone who didn't.
- Text, images and videos for each individual category.
- The call to action wording and the link behind it.
- Whether the content applies to the highest score or the lowest score.
The first category can act as a default template for the rest, which cuts down setup time when the categories are broadly similar. The preview has also been improved so category content is easier to follow while you edit.
How do I set it up?
You add an Individual Category section to the results page, then edit each category inside it.
- Open the Quiz Builder.
- Go to Customize Result Page and click + Add Section in the left panel.
- Choose Individual Category from the section picker.
- Click the new Individual Category section in the left panel to expand it.
- Select the category you want to edit.
- In the right panel, use Display Category to choose whether the content applies to the Highest Score or the Lowest Score.
- Customise the text, images, videos, CTA text and links for that category.
Who should use this?
Anyone using a quiz to sort leads rather than just entertain them. A fitness business can point a beginner to a starter programme and an experienced client to a coaching package from the same quiz, with the right offer attached to each result.
