Buttons in the Form, Survey and Quiz Builder can now use a gradient background instead of a single flat colour. You switch between solid and gradient directly in the button settings, and you control the colours, the gradient type and the angle. None of it needs custom code, and your existing button styles keep working exactly as they are.

What can I change about a button?

You choose between a solid colour and a gradient, and if you pick a gradient you control how it is built. That covers most of what businesses previously needed custom CSS for.

• Switch any button between a solid colour and a gradient background.
• Choose linear, radial or angular gradient types.
• Adjust the gradient angle on the styles that support it.
• Add and edit multiple colour stops for a more customised look.

How do I apply a gradient?

Everything happens in the button's style settings inside the builder.

1. Open the Form, Survey or Quiz Builder and select a button element.
2. In the button style settings, open the Button Background section.
3. Switch from solid colour to gradient, then set your colours, gradient type and angle.

Why would I use this?

A form button is usually the last thing a visitor looks at before deciding whether to submit, so it is worth making it look like it belongs to your brand. Gradients give you a more modern look without hiring anyone to write custom code, and because existing buttons are untouched you can try it on one form before rolling it out everywhere.
