The default look of forms, surveys and quizzes has been rebuilt. Fonts, spacing, rounded corners and input styling have all been refreshed, so a form you have not touched already looks tidy enough to put in front of a customer.

What actually looks different?

The changes run through the whole form rather than sitting on one element. Inputs, empty states and uploads all got attention, and the theme now applies consistently to parts that used to be left out.

• Better input styling — improved checkboxes, radio buttons, monetary fields and other inputs.
• Clearer empty states — easier to read when content has been removed.
• Redesigned file upload field — shows supported file types and upload limits, with better icons and header text you can change.
• Collect payment improvements — better styling, headers you can configure, clearer empty states and an Add Product option right there.
• Date and signature updates — date placeholders update themselves, and signature fields take custom placeholder text.
• More theme consistency — images, labels, placeholders, footer colours and chips now match the rest of the theme.

How do I get the new look?

Open the Form, Survey or Quiz Builder and create a new one, or edit an existing one. The updates appear across the default theme and the components it supports.

Why does this save me time?

Most of the styling people used to do by hand is now the starting point. Cleaner labels and clearer upload fields also mean fewer people abandon a form halfway because they were unsure what to enter.
