Which model should I choose for my workflow?

Choose GPT-6 Sol for complex work and GPT-6 Luna for high-volume, simple work. Sol is built for multi-step tasks, jobs that run across several parts of your business, and decisions that need careful reasoning. Luna is the fast, low-cost option for sorting, summarising, tagging and short replies.

• GPT-6 Sol: makes roughly half as many factual mistakes as GPT-5.6 Sol, so it suits work where a wrong answer causes real problems.
• GPT-6 Luna: at higher effort settings, it matches GPT-5.6 Sol on factual accuracy at a fraction of the cost, so it suits steps that run hundreds of times a day.

How do I switch my workflow to GPT-6?

Open the AI step in your workflow and pick the new model from the Model dropdown. Both models appear there next to the ones you already use. The change takes effect once you publish the workflow.

1. Add or open an AI Agent action or a GPT action in your workflow.
2. Open the Model dropdown.
3. Select GPT-6 Sol for complex tasks or GPT-6 Luna for fast, high-volume tasks.
4. Save and publish your workflow.

Will this cost me more to run?

No. Both models cost half of what GPT-5.6 Sol and Luna cost, so the same automation runs for less. GPT-6 Luna produces better results at up to 58 percent lower cost per task. That makes it practical to put AI steps into more of your workflows and run them at higher volumes.

What does this change for the automations I already built?

Your existing workflows keep running, and switching the model makes their output more reliable. Fewer factual mistakes means fewer bad results flowing into the steps that follow, such as a wrong tag, a contact sent to the wrong pipeline or an inaccurate reply to a customer. Answers also come back clearer and tighter, with less jargon, so generated content needs less cleaning up before a customer sees it.
