Understand Why an Email Failed Without Losing Your Place
When an email fails to send from Conversations, the error now says what went wrong in plain language instead of showing a technical code. Any link to further detail opens in a new tab, so you can read the explanation without losing the conversation you were working in.
Why did my email not send?
The failure message on the email itself now tells you. Instead of a raw error, you get a readable reason you can act on, such as a problem with the recipient address or a sending restriction, so you know whether to correct something and retry or move on.
Will checking the error interrupt what I am doing?
No. Error detail links open in a new tab rather than navigating you away from the conversation. You keep your place in the thread, read the detail alongside it, and close the tab when you are done.
Who should pay attention to this?
Anyone handling customer email from the Conversations inbox. Failed messages that go unexplained tend to be quietly ignored, and a lead who never received your reply looks identical to a lead who ignored you.
