See Every Invoice That Failed to Reach Your Accounts
Stop finding out from your accountant
You connect your accounting software and assume everything is flowing through. Often it is not. Invoices fail quietly, with no alert and no log, and you only find the gaps when your accountant flags the missing records. By then, sorting it out takes hours.
Accounting Sync gives you a live view of every connected accounting platform. You can see how many invoices, transactions and contacts synced, which ones failed, why they failed, and retry them yourself.

What it gives you
- Stay audit ready. Catch sync failures as they happen, before they turn into accounting problems.
- Save hours of reconciliation. No more cross-checking your records against your accounting platform by hand.
- Fix errors yourself. Read the failure reason and retry the sync from the same screen, without raising a support ticket.
- Everything in one place. Invoices, transactions and contacts are all covered.

How to use it
- Go to Payments, then Invoices & Estimates, then Accounting Sync.
- Click Manage next to your connected accounting platform: QuickBooks, Xero or Wave.
- Click the expand icon on any entity to open Record View and see the status of every individual record.
- Hover over the information icon on a failed record to read the failure reason and when it was last attempted.
- Click Retry to run the sync for that record again.

Good to know
- Supported accounting platforms are QuickBooks, Xero and Wave.
- Transaction and contact sync for Wave is not supported, invoices only.
- Accounting Sync is available on the web only.
- Invoices created and sent from the mobile app sync automatically, but the sync status and logs have to be checked on the web.
- Retry works one record at a time, there is no bulk retry.
Where to find it
Go to Payments, then Invoices & Estimates, then Accounting Sync.
