See Exactly Who Visits Your AI Studio Site
Sites published from AI Studio now measure themselves. You get page views, visitors, opt-ins and a full list of form submissions without adding a tracking code or connecting an outside analytics tool. Every contact the site creates also keeps a record of the pages that person looked at before they filled in your form.
Where do I find the numbers for my site?
Open your project and go to More, then Analytics, then Overview. That page shows page views, unique visitors, opt-ins and your opt-in rate, each with its trend and the change against the previous period.
From there you can drill into the detail:
- Your top pages, and how long people spend on each one
- Where your traffic came from
- Which devices and browsers visitors used
- Location, down to country, region and city
How do I see the leads my forms collected?
Go to More, then Analytics, then Form Submissions. Every lead your site's forms have captured is listed there, and each one links straight to its contact record. You can filter the list by form and by date, and start a workflow directly from that view so new submissions get followed up automatically.
Can I compare this site against my other sites?
Yes. Go to Sites, then Analytics, then AI Studio, and your AI Studio sites appear alongside your funnels and websites in one place. You can also select a single project when you want to look at just that one.
How do I know where a lead came from?
Open the contact and look at the Activity section of their contact details. A contact created by your site carries its visit history: the pages they viewed, the source that referred them, and the form they ended up submitting. That tells you which page actually did the work of winning the enquiry.
My forms were connected before this. Do I need to do anything?
Your existing opt-ins keep counting, so nothing breaks. To also see the pages a visitor viewed before submitting, ask AI Studio to reconnect form tracking and then publish the site again.
What if my site is not published yet?
Only published sites are measured. Publish the site, and it starts recording visits and submissions from that point on.
You will find all of this in your AI Studio project under More, then Analytics, and across every site under Sites, then Analytics.
