See Every Open Deal in One List, Not One Pipeline at a Time
The pipeline dropdown in Opportunities now has an All Pipelines option. Choose it and you get every open deal from every pipeline in one consolidated list, instead of clicking through each pipeline to piece the picture together.
How do I turn it on?
There is nothing to enable. The option lives in the pipeline dropdown and appears as soon as you switch Opportunities to List view.
- Go to Opportunities.
- Switch to List view.
- Open the Pipeline dropdown and select All Pipelines.
- Browse every deal across every pipeline in one place.
Why can't I see the option?
All Pipelines works in List view only. It is greyed out in Kanban board view, because a single board cannot hold the stages of several different pipelines at once. Switch to List view and the option becomes selectable.
Can I save this view for later?
Yes. A view built from All Pipelines can be saved as a Smartlist and reopened any time. Smartlists saved from this view are always List type, so they will not appear as board views.
Who should use this?
Businesses running more than one pipeline, for example one for new enquiries and another for renewals or repeat orders. It gives you a single place to answer what is open right now across the whole business.
You will find it under Opportunities, in the pipeline dropdown, while List view is active.
