Your Review Link Now Sets Itself Up for You
Your Review Link, the page customers land on to leave a review, is now set up automatically as soon as you connect a page. Status messages tell you at a glance whether it is configured, and you can view or override the link at the moment you send a request or build a widget. For most businesses the whole setup takes under a minute.
Do I still have to set the link up by hand?
In most cases, no. Once a page is connected, such as a Google Business Profile, your Review Link is set for you. If one page is connected it becomes the default, and if several are connected the first one is selected, which you can then change.
How do I know whether my link is set?
The Reputation dashboard shows a clear status message either way, so you can tell at a glance whether anything needs doing.
Can I change the link when sending a request?
Yes. When you send a Review Request you can see the current Review Link and override it there and then, so an individual request can point at a different destination.
What about my review widgets?
You can view, select and override the Review Link directly inside the Review Widget page, so a widget always points customers at the destination you intend.
Where will I see these changes?
They appear across the Reputation dashboard, the Requests page, the Reviews page, Review Widgets and the Send Review Request window.
You will find this in Reputation, starting from the dashboard.
