Your Learners Can Find All Their Badges in One Place

Badges now have a dedicated section in the Client Portal, separate from certificates. Learners can see everything they have earned in one view and download or share any of it, the same way they already could with certificates.

What does the new Badges tab show?

Every badge a learner has been issued, laid out in one organised view. It sits alongside their certificates rather than being buried among them, so achievements earned along the way are as easy to find as the final credential.

• A dedicated Badges tab — badges appear as their own section in the Client Portal.
• All badges in one view — issued badges shown in a clean, organised layout.
• Download and share — badges can be downloaded and shared just like certificates.

Why does this matter?

Badges are worth more when learners actually show them off. Giving them equal visibility with certificates means a learner who finished three modules of a course has something to post about before they finish the whole thing — which tends to bring the rest of their cohort along.

Who should use this?

Course creators and training businesses that issue badges for milestones, not just completion. No setup is needed — badges you already issue appear in the new tab for your learners.

Your learners will find it in the Client Portal, under the Badges tab.
