Send Each Customer Somewhere Different After They Book
Custom forms attached to your bookings now carry their conditional logic all the way through to the confirmation page. Based on what a customer answers while booking, you can send them to a particular web page, show them a specific message, or mark them as not a fit. This works across Services and Rentals.
What changed exactly?
Show and hide rules on form fields already worked during booking. What's new is that the rules that fire after a booking is submitted now work too, once you switch them on. That covers Redirect to URL, Display custom message and Disqualify lead.
- The form's On Submit action now controls the confirmation page, replacing the calendar-level confirmation setting.
- A new checkbox in Global Settings turns this on for all your listings and services at once.
- If the attached form has no post-booking rules, the confirmation page falls back to whatever Global Settings says, so nothing breaks.
- When you pick a custom form on an individual listing or service, a banner tells you whether the form's rules are active and what they will do.

How do I set this up?
Turn it on once in Global settings and it applies everywhere. You then pick the custom form you want on each listing or service as usual.
- Go to Services or Rentals, then Global settings, then the Form & confirmation tab.
- Select a custom form under Global form Settings.
- In the Confirmation page section, tick "Let a custom form override this with its own rules."
- On an individual listing or service, choose your custom form under Select form. The banner confirms whether the form's rules are active.
Show and hide field conditions need no setup at all — they apply during booking automatically.

What happens to my existing bookings setup?
Nothing changes until you tick the new box. And even with it ticked, a form that has no post-booking rules simply uses your Global Settings confirmation page as before. Existing setups keep working.

Who should use this?
Any business whose customers don't all want the same thing. A salon can send a bridal booking to a different prep page than a walk-in trim. A rental business can disqualify an enquiry that falls outside its service area before it reaches the calendar, rather than cancelling later.
You'll find it under Services or Rentals, in Global settings, on the Form & confirmation tab.
