Schedule Bulk WhatsApp Sends and Drip Them Out

You now control when and how fast your bulk WhatsApp messages go out. Pick a date and time for a one-off send, or use Drip Mode to release the messages in batches over hours or days. Sending a few thousand messages in one burst is what damages a number's quality rating, and this is how you avoid it.

How do I schedule a bulk WhatsApp send?

Build the send as normal, then choose a sending mode before you confirm. Send at Scheduled Time delivers everything once, at the date and time you set.

1. Go to Bulk Actions, then WhatsApp.
2. Select your contacts and a WhatsApp template.
3. Choose Send at Scheduled Time.
4. Set the date and time, then confirm.
5. Track progress from the Bulk Actions page.

What is Drip Mode and when should I use it?

Drip Mode sends your messages in phases rather than all at once. Use it for any large list, and particularly on a newer WhatsApp number where a sudden spike in volume can get your sending limits cut.

You set the batch size, how often a batch goes out, and which days it runs on. You can also restrict sending to a time window, so messages only go out during business hours instead of arriving at two in the morning.

• Batch size: how many messages go out in each round.
• Repeat interval: how long to wait between batches.
• Specific days: which days of the week the campaign is allowed to send.
• Time window: the hours of the day sending is allowed.

How do I check whether it is working?

The Bulk Actions page tracks the campaign while it runs. You can see how many messages have gone out and how many are still queued, without opening individual conversations.
