Save the Company Views You Keep Rebuilding Every Week

Managing companies just became a lot more flexible. You can now create Company Smart Lists: save a company view with the filters, sorting and columns you want, then reuse it any time without setting it all up again.

What you get

• Smart Lists inside Companies
• Save your preferred filters, sort order and visible fields
• Duplicate an existing Smart List to quickly make another version
• Export the results of a Smart List to a CSV file
• Share a Smart List with everyone, or with selected people only
• Give the people you share with either view access or edit access
• Copy a direct link to a Smart List and send it on
• Save changes back to the same Smart List, or save them as a new one
• Review every Smart List you have in one place on the Manage Smart Lists page

How to use it

1. Turn on Company Smart Lists from Labs in your account settings.
2. Go to Contacts, then Companies.
3. Click + List.
4. Apply the filters, sorting and fields you want.
5. Name the Smart List and save it.
6. Open it again any time to edit, share, export or duplicate it.
7. Open Customize list to duplicate, export, change sharing and permissions, or delete the list.

• Far less repeated setup for anyone who works with Companies
• Easy to return to the exact lists you use most often
• Helps your team work from the same standard account lists
• Sharing an important filtered list becomes simple

Notes

• This feature is currently available through Labs.
• Anyone with edit access can also change the sharing permissions.
