Your Contacts Are Faster to Work With on Your Phone
Contacts in the mobile app are quicker to move around, easier to edit, and consistent with the rest of the app. Editing is one tap from the profile, you can act on a contact straight from the list without opening it, and searching inside a contact finds the field you need.
What can I do straight from the contact list?
Swipe any contact in the list to act on it without opening the record. Call, message, share, or delete from the swipe actions, and use More to copy the name, email, phone, address, or all details at once.

What changed on the contact profile?
The profile card has been redesigned so the details you check most often sit in one scannable layout. Avatar, owner, followers and tags are all visible together, and the Edit button sits in the header rather than behind a menu.

- A menu holds Share, Do Not Disturb and Delete.
- Profile photos can be added, updated or removed from your camera or gallery.
How do I find one specific field quickly?
Search inside the contact itself rather than scrolling through every field. The Details tab searches across fields and folders, highlights what matches, and lets you filter the view down.
- Filter to show all fields, hide empty ones, or show only empty ones.
- Edit any field inline by tapping it.
- Expand folders and edit custom fields without losing your place.
- Tap a field to copy it, or open an address straight in Maps.
Which tabs does a contact have now?
Every tab on a contact has been updated: Activity, Tasks, Notes, Appointments, Payments, Docs and Files, and Opportunities. Tasks and Opportunities show a count on the tab itself, so you can see what is outstanding before you open anything.
How do I get started?
- Open Contacts in the mobile app.
- Browse or search for the contact you want.
- Swipe left on a contact for quick actions, or tap to open the profile.
- Use the Edit button in the header, or tap any field under Details to edit it inline.
