Course Progress Analytics has been rebuilt as a single dashboard covering completion trends, drop-off points and individual learner progress. You can filter by course and enrollment date, then drill into any learner who has stalled. Page loads are around 43% faster and download roughly 90% less data than before.
What can I actually see?
The dashboard brings every course engagement measure into one place, with period-over-period comparisons so you can see whether things are improving. It covers the whole journey from enrollment through to completion.

- A Learner Journey Funnel showing Enrolled, then Started, then Completed
- A Member Progress Table with enrollment, activity, completion and session details
- Filters for Course and Enrollment Date
How do I turn it on?
The rebuilt analytics are enabled from Labs, after which they appear in your Courses area. It takes two steps.
- Enable New Course Progress Analytics in Labs.
- Go to Memberships, then Courses, then Analytics, then Course Progress.
Can I share the data with my team?
Any filtered report can be exported to CSV. Larger exports are delivered by email rather than downloaded in the browser, so a big report will not tie up your session while it builds.
Who should use this?
This is for anyone selling or running a course who needs to know whether learners are finishing it. Spotting the lesson where people stall lets you fix that lesson before more learners disengage, and completion data tells you which courses are genuinely working.
