Your Dashboard Now Remembers How You Left It

Dashboards and custom reports now remember the date range and filters you chose. Refresh the page or come back tomorrow and your selections are exactly as you left them, saved for you individually rather than reset to a default. You no longer rebuild the same view every time you open a report.

What exactly gets remembered?

Your dashboard date range and the dropdown values on your widgets both save automatically, and they stay saved until you change them yourself. Widgets no longer snap back to the first pipeline in the list when you reload.

• The dashboard date range saves per user, so your view does not change when a colleague changes theirs.
• Widget dropdown values persist on your selection instead of defaulting to the first option.
• The AI Summary reflects the pipeline you actually selected, rather than always reading the first one.
• If a filter you saved is later deleted, such as a pipeline you removed, the first available option is selected for you automatically.
• Duplicated dashboards carry their date and filter settings across.

Can I compare one period against another?

Yes. A comparison date range is now available on the dashboard-level date filter and applies to your general widgets, so you can set one period against another without building a separate report. The same comparison range is available in the custom report builder.

Where a widget has its own comparison setting, that setting wins over the dashboard or report level one. Set the comparison at widget level only when you want that widget to behave differently from everything around it.

Do custom reports work the same way?

They follow the same persistence rules, with one difference that matters when you share them. Dropdown values are saved for everyone when the person who created the report clicks Save, so a shared report opens the same way for the whole team.

What happens to a report I already emailed?

Emailed reports send a snapshot of the values at the moment the email was generated. Changing the filters afterwards does not alter what you already sent, so a report in someone's inbox always matches what you saw when you sent it.

Is there anything that does not persist?

Widget-level date settings can still differ from the dashboard date, which is intentional. A widget set to its own period keeps that period regardless of the dashboard filter above it.
