Send Review Requests From a Number Customers Recognise

You can now set a default phone number, for SMS and WhatsApp, and a default email address for your review requests. Whatever you choose is then used automatically across:

• Review requests you send by hand
• Campaigns
• Workflows

• No more confusion caused by the system picking a sender for you.
