Find the Right Facebook Page Fast and See Which Ad Started a Chat

You can now search your Facebook Pages and ad accounts by name when connecting them, instead of scrolling a long list to find the right one. Separately, conversations that start from a Click to Messenger ad now show the ad's image, so you can see which creative brought the person in. Both changes cut guesswork out of running Facebook alongside Ignite Funnels.

How do I find the right Page now?

Type the name into the search box on the Page or ad account selection screen and the list filters as you type. This matters most if you manage several Pages or ad accounts, where the right one was previously buried in a long scroll.

Why does the list take a moment to load?

Search works by loading your Pages and ad accounts first so it can filter them instantly afterwards. If you have a large number of Pages, that first load takes slightly longer than it used to, and then searching is immediate.

How do I tell which ad someone came from?

Conversations started from a Click to Messenger ad now display the image used in that ad. You can see at a glance which creative is producing conversations, without cross-checking timestamps against your ads manager.

• See the ad creative attached to the conversation.
• Tell competing creatives apart when several run at once.
• Answer with the right context about what the person actually clicked.

Who should pay attention to this?

Businesses running more than one Facebook Page, and anyone running Click to Messenger ads who wants to know which creative is working. If you run a single Page and no Messenger ads, nothing changes for you.

You will find the search when connecting Facebook under Settings, then Integrations. Ad images appear on the conversation itself in Conversations.
