What Your International Calls Will Cost From 13 October

Ignite Funnels is updating the per-minute list prices for voice calls on a number of international routes, and the new rates take effect on 13 October 2026. The change affects incoming (inbound) minutes in 19 countries and outgoing (outbound) minutes to 21 destinations. If you do not call or receive calls on the routes listed below, nothing about your bill changes.

Which of my calls are affected?

Only calls on the specific international routes listed below change price. Calls within Kenya, and calls on any route not named here, keep their current per-minute rate. Both sides of a call are priced separately, so a route may appear in the incoming list, the outgoing list, or both.

The rates are quoted per minute in US dollars, shown as the current price followed by the new price from 13 October 2026.

What are the new rates for incoming calls?

These are the new per-minute prices for calls coming in to your numbers in the following countries. Local, mobile and toll-free minutes are priced separately, so check the line that matches the type of number you hold.

Outbound mobile minutes to Ireland also change on the same date. Contact support for the confirmed Ireland mobile rate before you budget for that route.

Why are the rates going up?

Telecoms carriers periodically change what they charge to route and connect voice calls across their networks. These new prices pass on those carrier cost changes, together with continued investment in global voice infrastructure and call quality. Carrier costs move route by route, which is why only some countries are affected.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required. The new list prices apply automatically from 13 October 2026, and your numbers, workflows and call settings keep working exactly as they do now.

If you want to prepare, it is worth doing two things first:

Check which of the routes above your business actually uses, by reviewing your recent call activity.
Update any call-cost budget or client quote that relies on the current rate for those routes.

What if I already have a fixed-price agreement?

An active fixed-price agreement covering any of the affected voice routes is not changed by this update. Your contracted rate stays in place for the full term of that agreement. The new list prices apply only where no fixed-price agreement covers the route.

Where do I check my own call rates?

Open Settings, then Phone Numbers, to see the numbers on your account and the rates attached to them. Your call usage and charges sit under Billing in the same Settings area.
