Teach Live Classes Inside Your Course, Then Keep the Recording

You can now schedule and host live classes directly inside a course, instead of running them on a separate meeting tool and pasting links around. Sessions appear in the course outline, learners get reminders, and once a session ends you can add the recording back into the course as a lesson.

Can I schedule a class that repeats?

Yes. Sessions can be one-off or recurring, and recurring sessions support daily, weekly and custom patterns. Every session is timezone aware, so a learner in Nairobi and a learner abroad each see the start time in their own local time.

Where do live sessions appear in the course?

They sit in a dedicated section of the course outline, and each session shows as a card with its preview details. Learners get their own Live Session section, so upcoming classes are easy to find without you sending a reminder message every week.

What if I need to move or cancel a class?

Edit or cancel any session at any time. For a recurring series you choose whether the change applies to that one occurrence or to all upcoming sessions, so moving a single class does not force you to rebuild the whole schedule.

When can I start the class?

The Go Live button becomes available 15 minutes before the scheduled start, so you can open the room early and settle in. Admins receive reminder emails, and you control which notifications learners get for reminders, schedule changes and go-live alerts.

What happens to the recording afterwards?

The recording is available to you once the session ends. You can download it or add it back into the course as a lesson, which turns each live class into permanent course material for learners who join later or could not attend.
