Call From a Local Number So More People Pick Up

Local presence dialing picks the best local caller ID for each outbound call you make, so the number on your customer's screen looks familiar and far more of them answer.

Ignite Funnels has rebuilt the local presence engine from the ground up, with smarter number matching, wider country coverage and more control for administrators.

What is new

• More countries covered. Location-based matching now runs across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, using real postal code distance rather than fixed lookup tables.
• The same number every time. A contact now sees the exact same number from you on every repeat attempt. A familiar number gets answered more often, and it helps keep your standing with carriers strong.
• Works on every dialling path. Local presence now applies across the web dialler and desk phones. Mobile app support is coming.
• Reserved numbers. Mark up to 50 numbers in your account as reserved so they are never picked automatically. That protects your main office line while keeping it available for manual dialling.

• A smarter matching ladder. Calls work down a priority order to find the closest match: the lead's postal code, then area code, then overlay code, then nearest available distance, then same region, then your account default.
• It never blocks a call. If no local match is available, or the lead's location is missing, the call goes out immediately on your account default. Nothing is delayed.

How to get started

Go to Settings, then Phone System, then Voice, then Other Settings, then Outbound calls, and scroll to the Local presence dialing section. From there you can reserve numbers and adjust your settings.
