Ignite Funnels Launches Nairobi Circle, Offering Nearly KES 6 Million in Services to Selected Beauty and Service Businesses
Nairobi, Kenya | March 2026
Ignite Funnels has announced the launch of the Nairobi Circle, a curated founder initiative designed to support a select group of Nairobi-based businesses with the systems, structure, and support needed to grow more predictably.
At the center of the initiative is a focused effort to work with beauty businesses, particularly salon owners and operators, who are navigating the daily realities of running and growing a service-based business in a fast-moving market.
Through the Nairobi Circle, Ignite Funnels will deploy nearly KES 6 million in services, tools, and implementation support to a small, carefully selected cohort of founders. The programme is positioned not as a workshop or event, but as a working environment where real businesses are supported to build and refine the systems behind their growth.
“Many businesses are working hard, but without the systems that make growth sustainable,” said Arias WebsterBerry, CEO of Ignite Funnels. “The Nairobi Circle is about creating clarity. It’s about helping founders move from managing everything manually to operating with structure, visibility, and control.”
The initiative comes at a time when many small and medium-sized businesses in Kenya continue to rely on fragmented tools and manual processes to manage bookings, customer relationships, and follow-up. For beauty businesses in particular, this often results in missed opportunities, inconsistent revenue, and limited visibility into customer behavior.
Ignite Funnels brings these functions into one place, combining customer management, communication, payments, automation, and marketing into a single system designed to support day-to-day operations as well as long-term growth.
The Nairobi Circle will serve as a starting point for demonstrating what becomes possible when these systems are applied in a real business context. Selected participants will receive hands-on support, access to the platform, and guidance on building processes that improve client retention, streamline bookings, and create more predictable revenue patterns.
In addition to working directly with founders, Ignite Funnels is also engaging with beauty academies, training institutions, and industry partners to strengthen the broader ecosystem around beauty entrepreneurship in Kenya. These partnerships are intended to create pathways for both current business owners and emerging founders to access better tools and support earlier in their journey.
Participation in the Nairobi Circle is limited, with founders selected based on their readiness to engage, implement, and contribute to a collaborative environment. The cohort will also form part of an ongoing set of case studies and insights that aim to inform how small businesses across Kenya can transition from informal, reactive operations to more structured and scalable models.
“This is not about theory,” WebsterBerry added. “It’s about working alongside real businesses and helping them build something that lasts.”
The Nairobi Circle, alongside other initiatives, is an integral part of Ignite Funnels' expansion into the African market, with Kenya strategically selected as the software company's first choice.
Applications for the Nairobi Circle are now open to Nairobi-based business owners, with a strong focus on the beauty and service sectors.
