Give Your Campaigns and Templates a Proper Filing System

Folders can now sit inside other folders across Campaigns, Templates and Sequences. Instead of one flat list that grows until nothing is findable, you can file by client, then by campaign, then by month, and still get to the thing you want in a few clicks.

How do I create a folder inside a folder?

Open the folder you want to nest inside, then create a new folder from there. The folder you are currently in becomes the parent, so the place you start from decides where the new folder lands.

1. Create a folder the way you normally would.
2. Open that folder.
3. Click New Folder while inside it to create a subfolder.
4. Move the campaigns, templates or sequences you want into it.
5. Check the folder path shown at the top to confirm the structure.

How many levels deep can I go?

More than five, which is well past what most businesses need. In practice two or three levels is usually enough: client, then campaign, then the assets themselves.

How do I know where I am?

The folder path across the top shows the full trail from the top level down to the folder you have open. It doubles as navigation, so you can jump back up a level by clicking any step in the path.

Does this work the same everywhere?

Yes. Campaigns, Templates and Sequences all use the same folder behaviour, so one filing habit works across all three. If you organise campaigns by client, you can mirror that structure for templates without learning anything new.
