Put Your Busiest Pipeline at the Top of the List

You can now drag your pipelines into whatever order suits your business, straight from the Opportunities pipeline view. The order you set is saved automatically and stays the same after a refresh, so the pipeline you use most is always the first one your team sees.

How do I reorder my pipelines?

Drag them. Open the pipeline view, grab a pipeline by its handle and drop it where you want it. The new order saves on its own, with no extra confirmation step.

1. Go to Opportunities, then Pipelines.
2. Drag any pipeline by its handle to the position you want.
3. Release it. The order saves automatically.

What if I have too many pipelines to drag across?

Use Move to position instead. It lets you send a pipeline to an exact spot, including across pages, without dragging it the whole way there.

1. Click the three-dot Actions menu on the pipeline you want to move.
2. Select Move to position.
3. Enter the position you want it in and confirm.

Does everyone on my team see the same order?

Yes. Pipeline order is a single setting for the whole account, not a personal preference, so once it is set everybody works from the same arrangement. Only admins can change it, which keeps the order stable for the rest of the team.

Who should use this?

Any business running several pipelines where one matters far more day to day than the others. Before this, the order was fixed and the only way to influence it was by renaming pipelines.
