Work Through Your Old Reviews in Batches You Choose

Target reviews by date, not by age

Instead of targeting reviews by a fixed review age, you can now set an exact review date range when you create a drip campaign. That makes it much easier to work through a backlog of old reviews a batch at a time, rather than trying to express what you want as a number of days.

You see the numbers before you launch

Before the campaign goes out, the setup screen shows you:

• The total number of reviews that qualify.
• Whether any reviews match the filters you have chosen at all.
• A check that stops you creating an empty campaign by mistake.

Campaigns you already set up using review age keep working exactly as they are. Nothing changes unless you build a new one.

Why it helps

• Clear a backlog of unanswered reviews in controlled batches instead of all at once.
• Check the size of a campaign before you commit to sending it.
• Avoid empty campaigns and the wasted processing that comes with them.
• Pick out a specific period, such as a busy season, and respond to just those customers.
