Find Any Review Request in Seconds

The Review Requests page now has a search bar and filters, so you can find one request without paging through the whole list. Search by contact name, email or phone number, then filter by channel or status. Results update as you type, with no page reload.

What can I search by?

Search matches contact name, email address and phone number. It ignores capitalisation, so you do not have to match how the name was originally entered.

How do I narrow the list further?

Two filters sit alongside the search bar and can be combined with it.

• Channel: WhatsApp, Email or Phone.
• Status: Failed, Undelivered, Sent, Opened and the other supported states.

Pagination keeps up with whatever you have searched or filtered, so page two is page two of your results rather than of the full list.

Why does this help?

Finding a single request used to mean scrolling through several pages, which is slow and easy to get wrong once you are sending a lot of them. Now you can pull up the right contact straight away and act on it, such as cancelling a follow-up.
