Put a Meeting Recording in Front of Your Group in Seconds

Recordings can now be posted straight into a community from the recording itself. A Share as Post action sends the recording to the group and channel you pick, so the conversation carries on after the meeting without anyone downloading and re-uploading a file.

How do I share a recording to my community?

The action sits on the recording in your profile, behind its three-dot menu. Choosing it opens a searchable list of your communities so you can send the recording to the right group and channel.

1. Click your avatar at the top right and choose Manage Profile.
2. Select Meetings, then View recordings.
3. Find the recording you want and click its three-dot menu.
4. Click Share as Post.
5. Search for and select the community and the channel you want it posted in.

Why is this better than sending a link?

The recording lands where members already are, in the channel they follow, rather than in an email somebody has to search for later. Everyone who missed the session can watch it and reply in the same place.

• No downloading and re-uploading a large video file.
• Comments on the recording stay with the recording.
• Sessions build up into a library your group can go back to.
