Automate the moment a testimonial arrives
When a review comes in through a Video Testimonial Collector, the system can automatically message the customer to thank them, notify your team, create a task or note, or pass the details into a webhook or any other workflow action.
You can also split the automation by which collector the review came from — useful if you collect separately for different branches, products or campaigns — or by whether the customer granted marketing consent.
Personalise the follow-up
Testimonial details are available as custom values inside your workflow actions: reviewer name, email and phone, marketing consent, submission time, collector name, and the video link. That means a thank-you can be personal without being hand-written.
You decide what goes public
New testimonials publish to your review widget automatically by default. If you would rather see them first, open your Reputation widget settings and switch to manual approval — nothing appears on your site until you have watched it.
Manage each review from one place
The Video Testimonials → Responses page now shows which submissions are new, which are currently live on your widget, and lets you show or hide any single one without touching the widget setup.
