Your Call Rates Are Not Going Up on 13 October

The voice rate change that was scheduled for 13 October 2026 has been cancelled. The upstream carriers confirmed they are not applying the new rates, so your calling costs in Ignite Funnels stay exactly as they are today. You do not need to change anything in your account.

What happened to the rate change planned for 13 October?

It has been withdrawn. The providers that supply the underlying call routes confirmed the cancellation, so the rates that were announced for 13 October will not take effect. The rates you are paying now continue to apply.

Do I need to do anything?

No. There is nothing to approve, update or switch off. Your numbers, your call routing and your current per-minute rates are untouched.

Will the rates change at some point later?

Nothing further is scheduled. Any future change to voice rates will be announced here before it takes effect, with the new rates and the date they start. Until then, plan your calling budget on the rates you are paying today.
