What Ignite Funnels Support Can and Cannot Resolve
Our first-line Support team handles common questions, basic troubleshooting and gathering the information needed to solve your issue. Some requests need an account administrator, our billing team, a technical specialist or management review. This guide explains where a request goes and what to expect.
What first-line Support can help with
- Showing you where to find a feature or setting
- Guiding you through approved basic troubleshooting
- Helping you prepare a complete support request
- Confirming the visible status of an account or message
- Explaining published processes and requirements
- Collecting screenshots, error messages and steps to reproduce
- Routing unresolved requests to the right team
What first-line Support cannot do directly
- See, ask for or recover your password or verification code
- Approve refunds, credits or exceptions without authorisation
- Change protected billing, ownership or security settings
- Decide legal, privacy or policy matters
- Fix confirmed software defects
- Restore access when your administrator needs to approve it
- Guarantee a resolution time or outcome
- Make unapproved changes to your customer data or workflows
Who handles what
- Navigation or basic how-to: first-line Support gives guidance.
- Password reset: Support explains the self-service process; your administrator helps if access needs restoring.
- Permission or access change: Support collects details; your account administrator makes the change.
- Refund, credit or billing exception: Support collects account details; billing or management decides.
- Confirmed software defect: Support documents and reproduces it; a technical specialist investigates.
- Privacy, security or legal concern: escalated immediately to authorised management.
How escalation works
- Support reviews your request and completes the standard checks.
- You provide the information and evidence requested.
- Support documents the issue and routes it to the right owner.
- That team reviews it and decides the next step.
- You receive updates in the same support conversation.
What to provide
- Your name and account email
- Account or location name
- A clear description of the request and the exact error message
- What you have already tried
- Date and approximate time
- A screenshot or recording with sensitive details hidden
- The business impact and how many users are affected
Complete information means fewer follow-up questions. See How to Submit a Complete Support Request.
Urgent or sensitive issues
Contact Support straight away and say it is urgent if the issue involves suspected unauthorised access, exposed customer or payment information, incorrect financial activity, a serious privacy or security concern, a widespread outage, or a legal or regulatory request. Do not delete evidence while you wait.
After escalation
- Keep any reference number.
- Watch the support conversation for updates.
- Add new evidence to the same conversation.
- Avoid opening duplicate requests.
- Only take actions the assigned team has approved.
Escalation does not guarantee an immediate fix. Timing depends on the issue, the evidence available, any approvals needed and the team responsible.
Frequently asked questions
Can Support reset my password?
Support can guide you through the reset process. If your access needs restoring, your account administrator may need to help.
Can Support approve a refund?
Only authorised billing or management staff can approve refunds or exceptions.
Why was my request escalated?
It needed extra permissions, technical investigation, policy review or an approval outside first-line Support.
Should I contact several teams at once?
No. Keep everything in one support conversation.
