How to Contact Ignite Funnels Support
If you need help with your Ignite Funnels account, a platform feature or a technical issue, our Support team is one click away. This guide explains how to reach us, what to include so we can investigate quickly, and what happens after you submit a request.
Before you contact Support
- Search this Knowledge Base for an article about your question.
- Try the troubleshooting steps in that article, and the checks in Basic Troubleshooting to Try Before Contacting Support.
- Have your account details and a clear explanation of the issue ready.
- Take screenshots or a short screen recording if they help show the problem.
Security reminder: never share your password, one-time verification codes, full payment card details or other sensitive information in a support request.
How to reach Support
Log in to your Ignite Funnels account and click the help button in the bottom right corner of the screen. From there you can search guides or start a conversation with our Support team. This is the official channel for account, feature and technical questions, and it keeps your full request history in one place.
Only use contact details published on official Ignite Funnels channels. Never send account information to personal phone numbers, unofficial social media accounts or anyone claiming to represent Ignite Funnels through another route.
What to include in your request
1. Your account details
- Your full name and business name
- The email address connected to your Ignite Funnels account
- The name of the affected account or location
- Your role, such as account owner, administrator or team member
2. A clear description of the issue
- What you were trying to do and the steps you followed
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- When it started, and whether it happens every time or occasionally
- Any troubleshooting you have already tried
For technical problems, also include your device, browser, the feature affected and the exact wording of any error message. A message like "the system is not working" is hard to investigate; specific details get you an answer faster.
3. The business impact
Tell us how the issue affects your work, for example: one team member cannot log in, your team cannot reply to customers, or a campaign cannot launch. If it is urgent, say why.
4. Supporting evidence
- A screenshot showing the full error message
- A short screen recording of the problem
- The name or link of the affected page, contact, conversation, workflow or funnel
- The date and approximate time it happened
Hide customer information, payment details, passwords and verification codes before you send anything.
5. Review before you send
Check that your details are correct, the problem is clearly described, error messages and attachments are included, and no sensitive information is visible. Keep any confirmation message or reference number you receive.
After you submit a request
Keep an eye on the conversation and the email address on your account. Our team may ask for more information, send troubleshooting steps, ask you to confirm you are authorised on the account, or escalate the issue. Reply in the same conversation rather than opening a new request, so all the details stay together.
When a request is escalated
Your request may go to a technical specialist or manager when standard troubleshooting does not fix it, when advanced configuration is needed, when a workflow, integration, domain, email or phone service needs investigation, when there may be a platform defect, when it involves billing changes, refunds or cancellations, or when there is a security or privacy concern. We handle any escalation on your behalf.
Common mistakes that slow things down
- Only writing "please help": describe what you tried, what happened and what you expected.
- Using an email that is not on the account: use the email connected to your Ignite Funnels account so we can verify you.
- Leaving out the account or location name: tell us exactly where the issue happened.
- Cropped screenshots: capture the whole relevant screen, with sensitive data hidden.
- Duplicate requests: follow up in your original conversation.
- Sharing passwords or codes: never do this.
