How to Cancel Your Ignite Funnels Subscription

Use this guide to cancel your Ignite Funnels subscription and check what happens to billing, account access and your stored data.

Before you begin

• You must be the account owner or an authorised billing user.
• Export or save any business information you need before your access ends.
• Check the cancellation date, final charge, access period and data terms shown before you confirm.

How to cancel

1. Open subscription settings. Sign in and open the billing area.
2. Choose to cancel. Open your active plan and select the cancellation option.
3. Review what happens next: the date your access ends, any final billing, feature changes, how long your data is kept, and how to reactivate.
4. Fill in any required fields, such as a reason for cancelling. Do not include confidential information in free-text boxes.
5. Confirm once. Click the final cancellation button once.
6. Keep the confirmation. Check your plan shows as cancelled or scheduled for cancellation, and save the confirmation email or reference number.
